Throughout the summer, a new pieces from Sarahâs collection will be unveiled, creating an everâevolving gallery experience within our space. Born and raised in Edinburgh, UK, Sarah now calls the South Shore of Boston and Harwich Port home. Her photography is rooted in her love of travel, the ocean, and the coastal communities that inspire herâbringing peace, calm, and a sense of escape to every space her work inhabits.

Chef Chrisâs earliest memories were formed in the family kitchen, where cooking with his grandmother and mother instilled a deep appreciation for tradition, flavor, and the power of shared meals. Those beginnings laid the foundation for a culinary career defined by intention and artistry.
His culinary approach blends contemporary American flavors with Mediterranean brightness, always anchored in the best local ingredients. He strives to create dishes that surprise, delight, and linger in memory.
For over 25 years, Chef Chris has been a defining presence at Wychmereâan innovator, a mentor, and a leader whose creativity and relationships with local purveyors have shaped countless guest experiences.

Zach Mault, Director of Restaurants
Zach brings a wellârounded perspective to hospitality, with a career that began in the kitchen before evolving into leadership across both culinary and frontâofâhouse restaurant operations. Known for shaping the service, culture, and guest experience of new concepts, he thrives at creating refined yet relaxed environments â the sweet spot where Dune finds its identity.
For Dune Summer PopâUp, Zach has led the vision for an experience that blends coastal cuisine, local culture, and creative collaboration. Working closely with our chef to bring the menuâs coastal, seasonal vision to life, Zach complements that culinary direction with a curated cocktail program crafted to reflect the setting and elevate the overall experience. Beyond the plate and glass, he brings together musicians, artists, and retail partners from across the Cape, creating a dynamic atmosphere where food, music, and makers come together.
