Director of Restaurants:
At Wychmere Beach Club, we curate the moments that define the summer for our discerning members and guests. We are the stage where lifelong memories and friendships are forged against the backdrop of Nantucket Sound. To lead this vital mission, we are seeking a new Director of Restaurants who views hospitality as an art form and the beach club environment as a platform for world-class experiences.
This is a pivotal senior leadership role designed for an enthusiastic, innovative, and creative professional who understands that in the world of luxury, “good” is the enemy of “exceptional.”
We are seeking a senior leader for whom member recognition isn’t just a task; it is a calling. You are an important face of the club’s social life, a sophisticated presence who understands that true luxury lies in the details of a relationship. You do not simply manage a floor; you command an environment where every member and guest feels seen, valued, and anticipated. Event Specialist
Wychmere Beach Club, Cape Cod’s premier wedding destination, is seeking to hire a talented and experienced Event Specialist to join our year-round team. The Event Specialist is a management level position and will be part of our dynamic in-house planning team that is responsible for the planning and execution of weddings and other social events held at Wychmere Beach Club. The Event Specialist works closely with our clients and guests to ensure they experience a special and flawless event.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about event planning, creative, and possess an appreciation for perfection with a high attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate with our clients and team members. The Event Specialist is the main connection between Wychmere Beach Club and our clients and must be able to represent our brand and business effectively.
Schedule: Weekend availability required | Flexibility to work day and evening shifts.
